The Colorado Library Marketing Council (CLMC) was started in 1992 as an outgrowth of the Governor's Conference on Library and Information Services, and included members from all five library associations that then existed in Colorado. CLMC presented several workshops on topics related to marketing your libray, redefining librarianship (with ARL), and "Creating Change in Challenging Times."
