Abstract

This collection contains Janet Slota's materials from The Dance Notation Bureau labanotation course and features correspondence to Slota from tutor Gretchen Schumacher. It includes notations via graph paper and completed homework with answers from both Slota and Schumacher. The second folder includes Slota's notebook, with handwritten lecture notes, movement sequences and diagrams, and quizzes. Dances include Waltz patterns and ballet. Another folder includes copies of a movement workbook, quizzes, and notes. The last folder is notations for Swan Lake's Pas de Trois.
