Charles Rosenbaum was part of the professional law firm, Isaacson Rosenbaum, founded in 1960 and specializing in property law. Charles was active in the B’nai B’rith and the Allied Jewish Federation. He married Louise Michael Anfenger and they had two children: Stanton Rosenbaum and Louann (Rosenbaum) Miller.
