Biographical / Historical

Born in Pagoda, Colorado, William T. Driscoll received a bachelor's and a master's degree in zoology from the University of Denver. He received his PhD from the University of California at Berkeley. He taught in the University of Denver Zoology Department, eventually becoming department chair. In 1968 he was elected Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences the and received the Evans Award in 1983. The William T. Driscoll Student Center is named after him. This collection contains papers, journals, and class materials used by Driscoll and plaques for award received by Driscoll.
