Biographical / Historical

Elizabeth Hussy (1935) worked for a motoring magazine until she began working with the Ski Club of Great Britain in 1945. She was the assistant editor of the British Ski Year Book, Ski Notes, and Queries; she also assited Arnold Lunn with his publications. She was a distinguished skiier, ski historian, belonged to several ski clubs and national/international committees, and received numerous awards. Also well-known in the skiing world is her sister, Philippa.
