Scope and Contents From the Series:

Series 2 of 4 contains letters, questionnaires, and correspondence to and from Carolyn Durand Brooks, Marshall Brook’s wife. Carolyn Durand Brooks was one of the original dancers in the Hanya Holm Company during the years of 1931-1936. All of the material in the series relates to her involvement with the Hanya Holm Company and with Hanya Holm herself.

Scope and Contents From the Series:

Series 4 of 4 mostly contains black and white photographs. These photographs feature many legendary dancers, such as Hanya Holm and Vera Sears and Freidann Parker. Additionally, there are a number of color slides featuring Hanya Holm.
