Abstract Records of the Lamont Society, a support organization for the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver. The collection includes scrapbooks and photo albums created by the Lamont Society as well as programs and pamphlets from events hosted by or associated with the Lamont Society.
Abstract Robert Davine (1924-2001) was a Professor of Accordion and Theory at the University of Denver's Lamont School of Music until his death. Robert Davine founded the school's accordion department in the late 1950s, and was the recipient of the Distinguished Teaching Award for 1998 - 1999. The collection consists of sheet music and scores for various classical accordion compositions, as well as apporximately 50 LP vinyl albums.
