Dr. Samuel B. Cowen, 1972
Dr. Samuel B. Cowen earned his M.D. at the University of Denver and practiced medicine in Colorado. He was a doctor of Ear, Nose, and Throat diseases and ophthalmology, and taught at Metro State College and Case Western Reserve University. Cowen was in charge of the dispensary in otolaryngology at Mt. Sinai Hospital, and worked in the Carnegie Medical Building.
