Box 45: Video List, 1984-1990
This box contains lists compiled by Martin Freedman and Patricia Renzetti of audiovisual materials used by Colorado Ballet. These lists were donated with the audiovisual materials from Patricia Renzetti.
Box 48: National Dance Week Student Posters and Framed Photos, 2006
Box contains various student competition posters for National Dance Week 2006. Box also contains one two framed photographs. One is a photofraph of 8 dancers, there is no associated information with the framed photograph. The second is a signed print of Rasta Thomas. Box also contains a folder with film negatives in it.
Box 50: Oversized Art and Materials
This box contains large scale graphics and print materials, oversize photographs and art. Box includes one blue vinyl sign, oil pastel art of three ballerinas, oversized advertising printing materials, oversized certificates and awards from conventions, and three black and white photography prints. Box also incliudes 4 oversized portraits of Gwen Bowen and a foamcore panel with biographical information about Gwen.
Box 52: Dance Instructions
This box contains dances collected by the Lloyd Shaw Foundation. Origin of the dances is unknown. Folders are labelled in alphabetical order.

This box contains personal notebooks of dances that have been disassembled. Not all original owners of notebooks have been identified.
Box 54: Award Scrapbook and Award, 2005
This box contains (1) scrapbook (prepared in 2004-05 by Joan Brown to advance the nomination of Gwen Bowen for an award in the inaugural ceremony of the Colorado Dance Alliance annual event) and (1) award for the Most Admired Woman of the Decade presented by the American Biographical Institute.
