Abstract Hebrew Sick Benefit Association of Montreal envelope addressed by hand to "Dr. Foote c/o The Fewish Consumptive Relief Soc. 1421 Court Place, Denver Col." [sic]. Printed on the envelope reads, "If not delivered in 5 days return to H. Feigleson, Sec., 32 St. Chas. Borrommee St., MONTREAL" [sic].

Abstract Typed letter to "Dr. C. D. Spivak, 1328 Court Place, Denver, Col." from H. Feigleson on letterhead that states "Hebrew Sick Benefit Association of Montreal" dated "November 8 1908" [sic]. The letter states that Mrs. Midvinsky [Mrs. Madvinsky] has been ordered by her physician to leave Montreal for Colorado based on her tuberculosis, and asks if Dr. Spivak will help Mrs. Madvinsky. The letter is signed H. Fiegleson.

Abstract Typed letter to "Mr. H. Feigelson [Feigleson], Secy., Hebrew Sick Benefit Assn. of Montreal, 22 St. Chas. Barromme Str., Montreal, Cana." from Dr. Spivak dated "Jan. 12. 1909" [sic]. Dr. Spivak informs Mr. Feigleson that Mrs. Sophia Midvinsky [Sophie Madvinsky] has been accepted to attend the JCRS Sanatorium. The letter is not signed but Secretary is typed at the bottom.
