Overview Typed letter from Dr. C.D. Spivak to Dr. H Schwatt, Superintendent of the JCRS Sanatorium, to inform him that they had invited Mr. Issac Pfeffer, Mr. William Pevareff, Mr. Morris Cinnamon, and Mr. Simon Goldstein to the Sanatorium. There is an additional note at the bottom of the letter: "Mr. Schreibman is for the regular vacancy." Letter is unsigned, as it is a carbon copy of the original letter, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
