Jeanne Winder, a resident of the University Park area of Denver, Colorado since 1957, talks about changes in the neighborhood. Winder recounts several stories including firefighters who hunted pheasants in the field near the firehouse on E. Yale Avenue and S. Colorado Blvd.; a S.
