Abstract He was known as Ted Ruskin was born in Brooklyn in 1943 and died in Denver in 2020. Ted Ruskin, who was fluent in Hebrew and a sculpture designer, worked for Norman Memorial’s before opening Ted Ruskin Memorials. His nickname became “Mr. Tombstone.” Ted Ruskin also helped found Babi Yar Park, a long-time member of the Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society and was a member of Colorado Committee of Concern for Soviet Jewry.
