Homecoming Traditions - Parade Float, 1977 November 4
Black and white print depicting a float from the 1977 Homecoming parade at the University of Denver. The float features a giant papier-mache figure of a dogsled driver holding a whip and other figures that apparently represent dogs, and is labeled along the side, "DU WHIPS THE HUSKI[ES]." Several students are sitting on the float, one of whom is wearing a Sigma Chi shirt.

Black and white print of the Sigma Kappa float in the University of Denver's Homecoming parade in 1946. Like many homecoming floats, this one taunted DU's opponent in the homecoming football game, the University of Utah. Four female students' heads appear in the center of giant cards made to look like aces of each suit, above a depiction of poker chips and the slogan "We Hold 'Em, Utes."
