Feldman, secretary of the Pride of Chelsea Lodge #215 I.O.B.A. in Chelsea, Massachusetts informs that Spivak has encloseda bill for funeral expenses of Eli Smith, a member of the lodge. Spivak informs that Eli Smith was a patient at the JCRS sanatorium from June 24, 1909 to February 18, 1910. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
