Masliansky and is an appeal to Dr. Spivak on behalf of applicants to JCRS from New York who "wander about the streets homeless and starving." Spivak to Dr. H Schwatt, Superintendent of the JCRS Sanatorium, to inform him that they had invited Mr. Issac Pfeffer, Mr. William Pevareff, Mr. Morris Cinnamon, and Mr. Simon Goldstein to the Sanatorium. There is an additional note at the bottom of the letter: "Mr. Schreibman is for the regular vacancy."
