Snitzer, 1625 Eleventh Ave, Altoona, Pa., in which he states that Harry Slachman only filed his application on December 16, while his letter was on December 11. He also states that it is going to take a while until they admit Harry, since all their beds are full and patients with harassing cough and fever are admitted first, and patients with hemorrhage are admitted immediately.
