Abstract Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to Mrs. Annie Levin in Providence, Rhode Island informs that JCRS had recently sent Mrs. Levin a letter under the date of June 22nd informing that her husband had been invited to enter the Sanatorium of JCRS. Spivak informs that the enclosed letter from Superintendent Dr. J.B. Fish should be of interest to her. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
