Abstract Typed letter from C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado to J. Shinels, Secretary of the Rodger Williams Lodge #352 O.B.A. in Providence, Rhode Island informs that Spivak recently addressed a letter to Shinels under the date of June 22nd informing Shinels that JCRS had invited Joseph Levin to enter the Sanatorium. Spivak informs that the enclosed letter addressed to Spivak from Superintendent Dr. J.B. Fish should be of interest to Shinels. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
