Overview Typed letter from Jacob Schoen, Grand Secretary of the United States Grand Lodge I.O.B.A., in New York, New York to C.D. Spivak in Denver, Colorado calls attention to the case of J. Levin, a member of the Rhode Island State Lodge #130, who is sick with tuberculosis. Informs that Levin has been advised to leave for Denver. Schoen requests that Spivak take a look at Levin's case and see what could be done for the man. Letter is signed in black ink by Jacob Schoen.
