Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.

Spivak in Denver, Colorado informs that Zinner has received Spivak's letter and thanks him for the attention given to Marcus Weingarten. Letter is not signed, but "D.J. Zinner" is stamped in blue ink at the bottom of the letter.
