Yoshinaga Seki, Chairman of the Board of the Mitsubishi Electric Manufacturing Company and Shigeki Tashiro, Chairman of the Board of the Toyo Rayon Company, talk to Sen. Dominick (R-Colo.) during a cocktail reception on November 26, 1965, in Tokyo, Japan. Although Senator Dominick was not a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, he traveled to Japan on behalf of the committee and attended a meeting of the Japanese Parliament (Diet).
