Jane Russo is the great-granddaughter of Charles and Jenny Charsky Spivak. Jane Russo was born in Denver in 1946 to Nelson and Ruth Strauss Oppenheim in 1946. Ruth Strauss was the daughter of Herman and Deena Spivak Strauss and Deena was the daughter Dr. Charles and Jenny Charsky Spivak. Charles Spivak was a medical doctor and the long-time secretary of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society.
