Overview Telegram from Dr. Stanley Elstein to C.D Spivak asking Spivak to reply with a prognosis of the general health condition of Ike Clein. In handwritten pencil on the bottom of the telegram there is a message, possibly from Spivak, that says that Clein is too sick to travel and they will wait a few days. The message finishes by saying that the prognosis is bad.
