Overview Sheikh Raad of the Islamic Movement, has brought cases in Israel claiming that new Jewish construction is being built on Arab graves. The Islamic Movement sued the municipality of Jersalem, The Wiesenthal Center, the Israel Land Administrition and the Antiquities Act to try to stop the Wiesenthal Center from consturction the Museum of Tolerance for Human Dignity in Jerusalem. Dr. Jacque Neriah testified as an expert on Muslim Cemeteries.
