Spivak tells Lane that the wait list is long due to limited capacity so JCRS has made a rule to not accept any patient living outside of Denver. Lane continues to say that Mrs. Schwartz is currently staying in a private house and is supported by the Montefiore Aid Society. Letter from J.L. Lane to C.D. Spivak. Lane tells Spivak that he has communicated with Schwartz and other people interested in her case about the contents of Spivak’s previous letter.
