Abstract "Horace Tabor (sung by Walter Cassel) and Baby Doe (Dolores Wilson) first married in secret, and then later wed again in a lavish ceremony in Washington, DC. Designer Donald Oenslager created the elegant ballroom of the Willard Hotel for the wedding scene, pictured here at the world premiere in 1956.
