Overview Handwritten letter from the Jewish Shelter House in Chicago to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company. They wrote on behalf of Hyman Bolen and his family who were supposed to go to Denver, Colorado but had to stop at a hospital in Chicago because of Mr. Bolen's failing health. The shelter bought the family tickets to Denver and asked the railroad that their luggage is not charged because Mrs. Bolen could not store it anywhere else.
