Abstract Jack Greenwald was born June 14, 1928 in Columbus, Ohio, the youngest son of Rabbi Yekusiel Yehudah Greenwald (1888 - 1954). Abstract Milton Anfenger's membership card to the League of American Wheelmen (LAW), begun in 1880 is credited with getting paved roads in the United States before the advent of the automobile. It was started to defend the rights of bicyclists and later became the League of American Bicyclists. The league published bicycle maps and offered hotel discounts.
