He was at Fort Riley for a short time during World War II before he was released from the army to work in the defense industry at Winter-Weiss in Denver, Colorado.
Abstract Thomas F. Mahony (1873-1957) was a businessman, and served as President of the Longmont Chamber of Commerce. He was chairman of Colorado Catholic Charities and the Mexican Welfare Committee, Colorado State Council, Knights of Columbus, 1920s-1930s.
