Abstract

Sidney Israelski (1897-1986) was in the United States Army in both World War I and World War II. After his brief service in World War II, he went to work in the defense industry at Winter-Weiss Company in Denver, Colorado, where he worked until he retired. This collection contains photographs, documents, and World War I medals and dog tags belonging to Israelski. This collection shows the experience of a Jewish World War I soldier.
