Contains 8 folders of research materials, souvenir marble paperweight from Rose Hospital 70th anniversary and a final draft of "Major General Maurice Rose: The Most Decorated Battletank Commander in U.S. Military History."

In back of her are standing Maurice Shwayder, Ben Blumber, Mrs. Dave Cook, Joe Alpert, Mrs. Charles Shaper (Saralee Pollack), Arnold Rose (brother of General Maurice Rose). There is also an undated photo of the hospital.

Marble paperweight given by Rose Memorial Hospital at the 3rd Armored Division reunion. Has a brown mounting on the back with a hole at the top, possibly for hanging purposes. The paperweight is 4 x 4 x 0.5 inches.

Interview covers how he heard of the hospital while still serving overseas during WWII, all initial doctors had served; hospital for Jewish doctors, fundraising and planning for the hospital, served as president from 1961-1962. Also covers some biographical information and schooling.

Interview covers some brief biographical information (Russian born, immigrated to Denver in 1922), beginnings of the hospital, 10 doctors involved in the founding, function of the Board, opening of the hospital, relationship with community and how it was planned and began.

Interview covers Saralee's family background, biographical information, Jewish community life in Denver, President of Rose board, functions of the women's division of Rose (hospitality, gift shop and snack bar), PR and media coverage of Rose, and relationship with the community.

Collection contains a copy of the Colorado History News from April 1995; a copy of the book "The First Twenty-Five Years of the General Rose Memorial Hospital 1945-1970"; a copy of the book "Major General Maurice Rose: The Most Decorated Battletank Commander in U.S. Military History." It also contains a print of recently restored painting of General Maurice Rose, news clippings, photographs, scrapbooks, correspondence, and research materials.

Object is an image of General Maurice Rose on a frame backing that was used in the exhibit "Legacy of Healing" at History Colorado museum.
