Abstract Letter from C.D. Spivak to S.F. Disraelly. Spivak enclosed several checks and listed the amount for each patient. $29.25 for the funeral expenses of Michael Leckstein, $18.50 for funeral expenses of Samuel Ledgin. $6.02 for funeral expenses of Belle Shapiro. $5.41 for funeral expenses of Abraham Kovalsky. And $25.00 for the tomb stone to be set on the grave of Max Hamburger. Spivak asks Disraelly to acknowledge that he received all of the checks.

Disraelly, 1652 Larimer St., City, in which he states enclosed are checks for funeral expenses for $29.25 of Michael Leckstein, $18.50 of Samuel Ledgin, $6.02 of Belle Shapiro, $5.40 of Abe Kovolsky, $25 for tomb stone to be set on the grave of Max Hamburger. He also asks him to aknowledge the receipt of all the checks. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at bottom.
