Handwritten application in pencil for admittance to JCRS for Fannie Tamerson. It includes information such as her place of birth (New York), and occupation (none). She was single and had no children. She had no means of support, and her nearest relatvies were a father, mother and brother in Alabama. On the backside it is written that she was admitted on September 5, 1910 and left on January 13, 1913.

2 pages handwritten letter from Charles Tamerson to Dr. Charles Spivak, in which he says his sister, Fannie Tamerson, is leaving the sanatorium and she wants to go to New Mexico. He states he doesn't have money for her trip, so he asks for her to stay in the sanatorium until January 1st. He says he is still willing to pay them $20. Letter is signed by Chas. Tamerson.

Typed letter from Charles Tamerson to Dr. Charles Spivak, in which he says he got a telegram from Fannie Tamerson saying she was sick and couldn't move. He also sends a $25 check for the JCRS. Under it, there's a reply letter from Dr. Spivak to Charles Tamerson, dated October 10 1911, and he says he received the check and is sending a receipt. He saw his sister in the sanatorium and says she looks better.
