Abstract Typed letter from Dr. Charles Spivak to M. Hirsch, 2209 Third Ave, Birmingham, Ala., in which he states they will keep Fannie Tamerson at the sanatorium, despite the unpleasantness and annoyance she frequently caused. He also says they cannot accept the $15-$20 dollar offer from her brother, but he can donate unconditionally if he would like. Letter is unsigned but "Secretary" is typed at bottom.

Abstract 2 pages handwritten letter in ink from M. Hirsch to Dr. Charles Spivak, in which he asks, on behalf of Fannie Tamerson's brother, for her to stay longer at the sanatorium. He mentions her brother is willing to pay $15 to $20 monthly so she can stay there, because he has no place for her if she leaves. Letter is signed by M. Hirsch.
