Abstract Ida Hurwitz wrote family stories and other historical articles, which were published in The Jewish Digest and the Denver Post. She was a member of the prestigious Colorado Authors League and was active in the Jewish American Women Writers. One story she wrote was "We'll Go a Little to the Baths" was about mothers and children going to the baths in Idaho Springs for the summer. Some of stories were published and some are typed copies.
