Overview Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to B. Lorenz replying to Lorenz's inquiry about applying to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society as a patient. Spivak misinterpreted the letter and addressed Lorenz as"Doctor" and gave him details about employment at JCRS including a wage listed as $25.00 a month including board, lodging and laundry.
