Abstract Louis Robinson came from Eastern Europe with his wife Etta and their children in the 1890s. He founded the Climax Dairy in the 1895 in Denver, Colorado. He also donated land and was on the Board of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. His sons Hyman and Morris took over the dairy and Hyman married Etta Miller. Abstract In 1911, Oscar and Anne Morrison sold a parcel of land in Jefferson County to New Yorker Louis D. Shoenberg. He had red brick buildings built, with plans to donate to the National Jewish Hospital for Consumptives (NJH) as a memorial to his son who had died of tuberculosis. In 1912, the Dudley C. The collection contains photographs, records, and news clippings of the Siegel Energy Company and the Siegel family. Ben Siegel founded the Siegel Oil Company in 1927 when he opened a small filling station at Bayaud and Santa Fe in Denver, Colorado. Ben Siegel was later joined by his sons Arnold and Larry Siegel. Siegel Energy Company is now managed by a third-generation of the Siegel family.. The collection gives the history of a Jewish owned family business.
