AMC Cookbook, 1971-2008
One cookbook produced by the AMC entitled "A Memorable Culinary Digest" originally published in 1971 with the ninth and final edition published in 2008. The 208 page cookbook was produced by the National Council of Auxilaries as a fundraiser for AMC.

The Fair Cook Book, 1888
The Fair Cookbook was published by the Ladies of Congregation Emanuel in Denver, Colorado in 1888. It is the earliest known Jewish fundraising cookbook in America. The cookbook was sold at the fair that the Ladies of Temple Emanuel organized in 1888 to pay off the mortgage on the Temple.
