Mabel (Kimzey) Hancock Papers
Mabel Hancock (born Mabel Kimzey in about 1885) was a student at the Colorado Women's College in the early 1900s, exact date unknown. This collection currently consists of one notebook full of handwritten notes on household management, hostessing, sewing techniques, and other home economic information.
Recipe Card Boxes and Binders, between 1960-1990
This series contains the contents of nineteen (19) boxes, six (6) ziploc bags, and fifteen (15) binders all full of recipes and recipe cards created and/or collected by Betty Carey. Some of the recipe cards are handwritten while others are "handcrafted" meaning they are an index card upon which Betty Carey has stapled copies of recipes of her choosing.
Recipes and Correspondence, 1865-1970s
Folder containing handwritten recipes and handwritten letters. One letter is dated January 1st, 1865. Recipes presumably collected for the publication of the AMC Cookbook in 1971.
