Abstract
Letter written on copper from Harold Winograd to his sister Eleanor Judd. Harold and Florence Winograd took a trip with two of their sons to the Kennecutt open-pit mine in Utah, near the Salt Lake. The mine had souvenirs of a thin sheet of copper. The family also visited Mesa Verde.

Abstract
Rache Palinbaum owned a pool hall in Alma, CO, and managed the Alma baseball team. He came to Colorado in 1885 at age 20, worked in mining, went into the saloon business, and served on the Alma Town Board. He died in 1936 at age 71.
