Information from film head: "PRINT NUMBER 15, TYPE Color, SERIES TITLE Central City, RELEASED BY New Era Prod" Reel labelled PRINT NUMBER 15 and was in a box with an address label from Adolph Coors Co. to Denver Warehouse, also with a sticker on it that said "THIS FILM CONTAINS SO ADVERTISING AND IS FOR FREE ENTERTAINMENT BY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS"

No information on film reel head. Text from original metal cannister "This Print was Xfer to Betacam SP other 16mm Print has damage" Reel labelled "To TELEMATION' and in case with address label on it To Telemation.

Reel labelled "BROKEN" and was in box with address label to Central City Opera Association, with sticker that says "THIS FILM CONTAINS SO ADVERTISING AND IS FOR FREE ENTERTAINMENT BY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS" with sticky note in case says "BROKEN" and written on case "7/7/69 Needs to be rewound, otherwise, all right."

No information on film reel head, possibly wound with reel tail out. Reel labelled "CENTRAL CITY D177" and was in box with address label on it to Telemation. Three (3) items originally stored with this reel are now in a located folder in Box 334. Those items are one (1) receipt, one (1) damage report, and one (1) sheet with damage report instructions.
