Abstract Application form of Morris Feldman for admission as a patient to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. He was age 26 at the time of the application. He was born in Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1907. He lived in St. Louis when he contracted tuberculosis. He had been sick for seven weeks upon arrival to Denver, Colorado.
