Letter from C.D. Spivak to H. Schwatt. Spivak instructs Schwatt to admit Leitesh as an emergency case and to discharge him as soon as his emergency symptoms are over. Spivak also tells Schwatt that Leitesh is a dentist by profession and Spivak is sure that Leitesh will make himself useful at the sanatorium by looking after the condition of patients' teeth.

There is a postscript telling Schwatt that it would be better to discharge Gutnick when he is in better condition.
