Spivak tells Cohen that he received a letter from Kantor about the status of his pension that he should be receiving from the government for serving in the navy. Abstract Letter from J. Guttmann to C.D. Spivak. Guttmann enclosed a letter from J. Ascher and Guttmann tells Spivak that there is nothing he can do in the matter pertaining to Ascher. Guttmann also enclosed $1.00 for the death certificate but states that if Cohen’s attorney bill of $2.50 had been sent with the documents he would have received the payment by now. Guttmann tells Spivak it will be impossible to obtain the $2.50 now.
