Letter to Dr. Spivak from Dr. Fish, 1909 April 21

Overview Handwritten letter in black ink to "Dr. C D Spivak [JCRS] Denver" from Dr. Fish on typed letterhead that states, "SANATORIUM OF THE JEWISH CONSUMPTIVES' RELIEF SOCIETY...OFFICE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT EDGEWATER, COLORADO" dated "April 21 09" [sic]. In the letter Dr. Fish informs Dr. Spivak about the death of M. Buxbaum, and gives an inventory of items he left upon his death. Also, Dr. Fish asks what should be done with M. Buxbaum's clothes. The letter is signed JB Fish.

Overview Typed telegram in purple ink to "Simon Buxbaum...Perth Amboy, N. Y.[N. J.]" from Dr. Spivak in "Denver, Colo" on blue letterhead that states, "POSTAL TELEGRAPH COMMERCIAL CABLES CLARENCE H. MACKAY...TELEGRAM" dated "Apr. 22, 1909" [sic]. The telegram reads: "We regret to inform you that Meyer Buxbaum passes [passed] away last night" [sic]. The telegram is not signed but C. D. Spivak Secretary is typed at the bottom.
