Historic buildings

This folder contains the information relating to a grant awarded to Congregation Zera Abraham in 2003 in which the organization was given money to assess the property for any needed renovations or improvements. Included is a grant manual, a letter to the congregation annoucing their award, the grant application, guidelines, and paperwork including financial reports, grant payment request, project deliverables, and certification of expenditures.

Mary Rae discusses her career in real estate and historic preservation in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in Denver. Rae reflects on the historic home she uses for her offices on the 900 block of Logan Street in Denver, called the McKinley Mansion which was built in 1896. Discusses the destructions of the Moffat Mansion and purchasing the Croke-Patterson Mansion before it was demolished.

This image is a modern photograph of the Tivoli building. There is a two story coffee house in the building and it also housed offices for American City University. It was taken before 2006.
