Overview JCRS Patient #958 Isaac Stoller's patient file. File includes patient's medical record concerning his tuberculosis with two applications, letters, telegrams and a burial receipt.
Overview Handwritten letter in ink to Dr. Spivak from J. B. Fish on a templated black-ink letterhead that states, "SANATORIUM OF THE JEWISH CONSUMPITVES' RELIEF SOCIETY...EDGEWATER, COLORADO" dated "Dec 13 " [sic]. The letter is a recount of I. Stoller's medical examination given to him by J. B. Fish. Although most of the letter is illegible, Fish concludes that I. Stoller should be given three more months at the JCRS Sanatorium. The letter is signed JBFish.
