Abstract

Typed letter from JCRS to Max E. Levinson, on Dec. 10, 1906. The letter informs Mr. Levinson that the death certificate has been signed by the commissioner of health and attested by the city clerks. JCRS is pleased to enroll Mr. Levinson as a memeber of the society and if Mr. Levinson would like to endow a bed in memory of his wife, Annie Levinson, that can be done for $100.00. The letter is not signed, but "President" is typed at the bottom.
