Letter from C.D. Spivak to H. Schwatt, 1911 May 5
Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to H. Schwatt, dated May 5, 1911. The letter instructs to admit Jonas Lebowitz at once as an emergency case, and to discharge him as soon as emergency symptoms disappear. It further notes to make out an application form and send as soon as convenient. The letter is unsigned, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.

Typed letter from JCRS to Dr. H. Schwatt, on Dec. 18th, 1911. The letter informs JCRS that the enclosed letters in re Moses Rindsberg and Harris Weinstein are self explanatory. The letter concludes to give whatever information JCRS can and oblige. The letter is not signed, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.

Typed excerpt from letter to Dr. Schwatt, on July 8/12. The excerpt from letter answers the inquiry about Lottie Laude. Miss Laude was an emergency case and died June 2, 1906. All information about her is missing, except that she is a female. The excerpt from the letter is not signed.
